The objectives of our training seminar are: 1. Identify how Hispanic Objective and Subjective Culture can be understood and used for connecting with Hispanic consumers. 2. Describe the commonalities and differences which characterize the Hispanic population. 3. Recognize the characteristics and trends of the Hispanic population in the US. 4. Discuss and apply the concept of Hispanic Identity from its psychological, social, and cultural meaning. 5. Assess language issues (Spanish, English, either/or/both?) that affect your organization’s relationship with Hispanic costumers. 6. Identify Hispanic cultural dimensions and archetypes and how they can be paired with brands for long term relationships with Hispanic consumers. 7. Understand profitable segmentation approaches by defining Enculturation, Acculturation, and Assimilation and other promising segmentation avenues. 8. Identify market research issues when working with Hispanic consumers, both from a qualitative and a quantitative perspective. 9. Plan and implement your marketing and service strategies in the US Hispanic marketplace |
